The link below provides a spray that contains food grade methylene blue that I have personally used and liked. I have personally seen the benefits of this spray for its usage after a concussion. I recommend this supplement for anyone that is involved with sports/activities that may cause a concussion or have sustained a concussion recently. Methylene blue has been researched and shown to be beneficial to TBI (traumatic brain injuries), help mild cognitive impairment, vascular dementia, and Alzheimer's disease. It is neuroprotective, which is why athlete's involved in activities/sports with head trauma should be taking it. It has shown to increase the clearing of lesions (autophagy) at a more effecient rate, while also decreasing brain edema (swelling/inflammation) and microglial activation (hallmarker for brain pathologies) Cons: - it can stain your tongue, teeth and fingers (if any leaks) blue for a little while Spray for brain health!
