Our plan is perfect for those who want consistent chiropractic care to maintain their health and prevent discomfort. It focuses on routine chiropractic adjustments to keep you moving well and feeling your best. Please note, this plan is for ongoing wellness and maintenance, not for treating acute injuries or diagnosing conditions

For just $80 per month, here’s what’s included in our Basic Plan:

• 1 Chiropractic Adjustment each month to keep your body aligned and feeling great.

• Your Choice of One Bonus Session per month:

  • A 20-minute compression session (using Normatec or Breg) to boost recovery and relaxation.

  • OR a 10-minute PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) session to support wellness.

• Exclusive Discounts:

  • 10% off additional services like Chiropractic PLUS, Shockwave therapy, laser treatments, or extra compression/PEMF sessions.

  • 10% off supplements from Wholescripts.

• Members-Only Access: Enjoy special access to our members-only website for exclusive content and perks.

• Scheduling: Book your appointments in advance based on availability. We recommend planning ahead to secure your preferred time!

• Use It or Lose It: Your monthly adjustment and bonus session don’t roll over to the next month, so make sure to use them.

• Payment: The $80 monthly fee is automatically charged to your preferred payment method on the same day each month. Easy and hassle-free!

• Commitment: The plan requires a 6-month commitment to get you started on a consistent wellness routine. After that, it auto-renews monthly until you choose to cancel.

• Cancel Anytime After 6 Months: If you need to cancel after the initial 6-month period, just let us know in writing (email DrJoe@RFVchiro.com or mail to 100 Elk Run Dr, Suite 220, Basalt, CO 81621) at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.

• Early Cancellation: If you cancel before the 6-month commitment is up, there’s a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds are available for unused adjustments or sessions.

• Payment Issues: If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll try again within 5 business days. If it still doesn’t work, we may need to pause or cancel your plan.

• What’s Not Included: This plan covers only routine chiropractic adjustments and your choice of one bonus session (compression or PEMF). Other services, like manual therapy or shockwave therapy, are available at our standard rates. Acute care or injury treatment requires separate appointments.

• Not Insurance-Billable: The Wellness Maintenance Plan is a self-pay service and isn’t covered by insurance, as it’s designed for ongoing maintenance rather than medical treatment.

• Non-Transferable: Your plan is just for you and can’t be shared with others.

• No-Show Policy: Miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice? A $25 fee will apply to help keep our schedule running smoothly.

• Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to end the plan if there are issues like repeated missed appointments or non-compliance with our policies. If this happens, we’ll provide a prorated refund for any unused services.
